Kyle Conti Construction LLC in Hillsborough, NJ is seeking a dependable, experienced and hard-working individual for a full-time position as Paving Foreman. The Paving Foreman will provide leadership and oversee all paving operations, maintenance, safety and quality of work. This position includes excellent pay and benefits.

*ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:*

Core duties and responsibilities, among others, include the following:

* Responsible for running all aspects of the companies paving operation; * Communicate daily tasks and goals to crew members and ensure that daily goals and targets are met; * Responsible for managing all crew members – assigns duties and oversees daily activity; * Communicates with supervisor and project managers to review schedules, specifications and priorities to meet goals and deadlines; * Directly supervises paving crew members.

*SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:*

* Minimum of 3 years of Paving Foreman experience; * Able to operate heavy equipment, including millers, rollers, and pavers; * Must be able to take direction and complete tasks in a timely manner; * Superior attention to detail – able to keep detailed time and material records; * Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload and projects; and * Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $56.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
