Job Description Lead on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion. Manage field teams and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and clients to resolve challenges proactively. Conduct daily site meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company standards, specifications, and safety regulations. The Successful Applicant 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent overseeing commercial construction projects (experience with grocery, retail, or healthcare projects a plus). TRAVEL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Ability to travel extensively and manage projects in various locations. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in construction technology and scheduling tools. Commitment to safety and quality on every job site. AVERAGE TENURE OF 3+ YEARS FOR EACH COMPANY
