​Prepare, submit and track permits for the county/city jurisdictions where we are actively building. Coordinate between Engineers, Developers and Architectural Services any comments relative to the permit process to ensure comments are being addressed and delivered to appropriate agencies. Coordinate submissions of architecture and follow-up on all comments to enable product to get certified. Obtain Driveway and Sediment Control bonds as necessary. Manage fees with permit runners to obtain permits within appropriate timeframes.
