*Responsibilities*

* Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. * Perform pipe threading and ensure proper connections for water supply and drainage. * Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs. * Collaborate with construction teams on remodeling projects to ensure plumbing is integrated correctly. * Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems. * Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installations. * Handle heavy lifting as required during installations or repairs. * Maintain a clean and safe work environment on construction sites.

*Requirements*

* Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role within the construction industry. * Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems, HVAC, and construction plumbing. * Ability to read blueprints accurately and understand technical specifications. * Familiarity with pipe threading techniques and tools used in plumbing. * Physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients. * A valid plumber’s license may be required based on local regulations.
