The Construction Prep Technician will work daily with our Home Builder clients, to assist the job site Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent to provide a thoroughly completed new home for their buyers.

Experience / Qualifications:

- Work consisted of, but not limited to with basics and tools - paint touch up, caulking, jobsite cleaning, sweeping, window cleaning, cabinet adjustments, minor carpentry, minor drywall, etc.

- Daily communication with Supers on home status and repairs needed prior to new home walk through.

- Ability to complete and document daily home checklist of items completed and items remaining or classifying subcontractors related items.

- Dependable and good communication is a must.

- Construction knowledge is a plus but not required. Entry level candidates are welcomed and this is a good start to get your foot in the construction industry door. We can train the right candidate!
