In this role, you will: Lead PMO governance, approvals, and project tracking to support the large-scale expansion of hyperscale data center construction throughout the AMER region. Coordinate design, construction, and commercial functions during the pre-construction/Design Development (DD) process, ensuring governance and alignment through peer and onward reviews and business case approvals. Collaborate with Corporate Development and local business units to define needs, manage the project pipeline, and track deliverables. Schedule and manage project activities and deliverables, including business case creation. Coordinate and track GDC investor deliverables for the large-scale program. Support AMER construction managers with monthly reports and KPIs. Work alongside design, construction, and commercial managers to optimize projects and train teams in efficient approval processes. Support continuous improvement initiatives across lessons learned, KPIs, software implementation, and internal team training. Report progress, challenges, and key initiatives to senior leadership. Operate cross-functionally within a matrixed, global environment. We would love to hear from you if you: Have 7+ years of professional experience in construction project management, program management, or real estate development. Have direct experience in construction and data center projects. Hold a bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, business, finance, or a related field. Have a strong commercial mindset and excellent business acumen. Are skilled at managing multiple projects and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Take full ownership and accountability, with a strong sense of urgency. Are proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and/or Primavera. Are able and willing to travel within the Americas as needed (remote with some travel). Locations preferences include: Chicago, Dallas, DC/Ashburn, Toronto, NY/NJ; open to discussion for the right highly qualified candidate suitable for this exciting new large-scale Data Center program.
