We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Construction Project Accountant to support financial operations across development projects. This role is essential in ensuring accurate budgeting, compliance, and financial reporting throughout the construction lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Assist in project planning by developing detailed schedules, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.

Coordinate contractor scheduling and vendor setup to support seamless project execution.

Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure alignment with financial objectives.

Develop cash flow projections and perform basic financial modeling to support project planning and investment decisions.

Collaborate with the accounting department to resolve inquiries and verify financial accuracy.

Process and manage invoices, ensuring proper documentation and timely payments.

Maintain compliance by collecting certifications and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Track project progress using accounting software and provide regular financial and operational reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Organize and maintain financial and project documentation for accessibility and audit readiness.

Support the Project Manager with special projects, strategic initiatives, and other assigned tasks.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.

Experience in accounting or project management, preferably in real estate development or construction.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management or accounting software.

Pay Details: $65, to $75, per year
