Key Responsibilities of the Construction Project Admin Update and maintain project budgets; monitor job cost reports and adjust as needed with PM input.
Coordinate with contractors for materials and releases
Track design submittals, approvals, and takeoff revisions
Assist in accurate invoicing by coordinating between the Project Manager and the Job Cost Administrator
Maintain the Sales Cloud database and file system for bids, marketing, and sales activities
Prepare contract packages, create budgets, and process change orders
Assist in planning and coordinating trade show activities, including attendance as needed
Support Regional Managers with high-level administrative tasks
What You Bring to the Construction Project Admin Role Minimum 5 years of administrative and/or budgeting experience
Basic understanding of contracts, job cost budgeting, and material ordering
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; knowledge of PowerPoint, Act, Microsoft Projects, and Oracle is a plus
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the precast or construction industry preferred
