This position supports the construction groups sales and operations teams with day-to-day administrative and accounting activities. The position requires high attention to detail and the ability to regularly reprioritize tasks to meet internal teams and customers needs. A strong background in office/accounting systems and a high level of technical expertise is a plus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Create and manage project data in Lee Company ERP (Dynamics 365)
Process and distribute monthly progress billings
Issue subcontract agreements and manage pay applications
Oversee Accounts Receivable and coordinate internally with Finance to ensure all payments are applied correctly
Assist with pulling permits, scheduling inspections, and project closeout
Other duties as required
Education and Experience - HS Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years clerical work some accounting experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
Skills and Abilities Excellent written and oral communication skills
