One of the top Retail Real Estate Developers in the Northeast is currently seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join their construction team. They are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to support their fast-growing commercial construction and development team. This individual will support the Construction Managers in their day-to-day responsibilities.
A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully. Key Responsibilities Coordinate meetings, project updates, and client interactions to keep the construction and development team informed and organized. Manage project folders on the server, ensuring digital files are well-organized and follow established naming conventions. Assist with invoice tracking, expense reporting, and financial organization. Communicate with the team, subcontractors, and vendors to schedule appointments and relay important information. Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations as needed. Document and monitor project activities via project tracker, ensuring all progress milestones are accurately tracked. Handle administrative tasks such as completing project forms, coordinating safety submittals, and preparing close-out documentation. Coordinate communication of internal teams to tasks, including bid invitations, COI requests, and client quote follow-ups.
