Input project cost data into software. Prepare detail cost reports for each project on a monthly basis. Processes payment of invoices and prepare check requisitions for all projects. Creates and update project schedules for minor projects. Submits permit drawings to the building department and expedite the permit. Schedules project meetings as requested by the Director or any of the managers. Maintains all project files and make copies as needed. Delivers documents to the appropriate individuals as needed. Conducts and document site inspections. Tracks all request for construction services and update the database on a monthly basis. Prepares estimates for minor projects and coordinate work. Assists project managers with ordering materials and coordinating delivery/installation. Prepares reports to confirm hourly charges from contractors. Responds to any customer service complaint and direct them to the appropriate manager. Submits plans to the building department for approval and expedite their approval. Follow-up with vendor on status of material deliveries. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. AA degree preferred. Previous experience in construction projects required.
