We are excited to offer a planning position at LS&E. This position will coordinate the completion of residential plats, short plats, surveys, Geotech, SFR designs, hearings and engineering submittals/resubmittals. This position will also provide planning services related to local zoning codes, agency design standards and the processing variances.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Planning Manager, located in Puyallup, WA. The Planning Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating land surveying and engineering projects. Daily tasks include project management, coordinating with clients, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The Planning Manager will also provide guidance and support to the project team to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Qualifications

Project management skills including planning, scheduling, and budgeting

Knowledge of land surveying and engineering principles

Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to work on-site in Puyallup, WA

Proficiency in relevant software and tools

Professional licensure or certification is a plus
