JRC Incorporated is seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage and track commercial construction projects from start to finish.

Position Overview
Once a project is awarded, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing all internal and external communication to ensure each job starts, progresses, and wraps up on schedule. This role involves overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Enter job data, schedules, and relevant project information into Excel and tracking software
- Complete billing, draw requests, and invoicing for new construction projects
- Track completed work, calculate subcontractor pay rates, and process payment requests
- Create and maintain organized digital project folders with all job-specific details
- Monitor and update project schedules while tracking costs against budget
- Facilitate team meetings to distribute key project updates
- Perform other duties as assigned based on workload
Skills and Experience
- Ability to manage tasks independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in math, data entry, and calculations
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience in roofing or the construction industry is a plus
