The goal of our PECD program is to develop our people into company leaders. In order to accomplish that, the PECD program has been structured with a competency-based approach along with an emphasis on individual mentorship. Our Project Engineers will build experience across multiple competencies before being promoted into the career path they desire project management, estimating, construction management and more. About the Team: Our Project Engineer role will be an in-office position supported by our PULLMAN Chicago team located in Rolling Meadows, IL. In this role, you can expect to be on site at project across the greater Chicago area 50% of the time. Our PULLMAN Chicago team will tackle projects across multiple industries; however, this branchs primary industries are commercial and public. Throughout your internship experience, you can expect to learn about multiple projects within these industries. Cumulative grade point average of 2.8 or higher.

A minimum of one relevant internship experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Aptitude for solving problems.

Reliable transportation from the office to job-sites.

Base salary of $68,000 to $78,000 based on relevant experience and qualifications
