About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in Milwaukee. As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in the field while working alongside experienced project managers and superintendents.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities.
Support project managers with budgeting, cost tracking, and procurement.
Review and manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
Help prepare progress reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
0–5 years of experience in construction or engineering (internships and co-ops count!).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with construction software (., Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD) is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $52.88/hr.
