Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Cleveland, TX, for a Construction Project Estimator. The Construction Project Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing cost estimates, managing project budgets, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure accurate project forecasting. Day-to-day tasks include working closely with project managers, reviewing project plans, conducting field visits, and utilizing cost management techniques to provide detailed and competitive estimates. Qualifications Previous experience in the construction industry estimating, particularly with municipal plants Expertise in Construction Estimating, Project Estimation, and Cost Management Strong skills in Budgeting and Financial Planning Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in relevant software and tools specific to project estimation and cost management Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management and organizational skills
