Direct preconstruction through closeout while partnering with owners, top architects, and specialty trades and leading your team(s). What Youll Lead: Owner/Ownerss rep interface, design coordination, permitting, procurement, and schedule/cost governance Team leadership for field, Precon, and high-end trade partners; QA/QC and closeout excellence Cost-plus execution, allowances, and client reporting cadence Qualifications: Bachelors in Construction Management/Building Construction or Equivalent 10+ years leading ultra-luxury custom residential builds; coastal experience preferred Proven record with top-tier GC/CM or luxury builders; pristine client communication Delivery Models/Project Types: Cost-Plus; Ground-Up Waterfront; Custom Estates $10M+ Why This Opportunity: Lead iconic estates that define South Florida ultra-luxury standards.
