Construction Project Executive Duties & Responsibilities Candidates will possess excellent functional knowledge of commercial construction. Manage multiple multifamily or hospitality projects $100M+. Work directly with project management teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are moving in a positive direction. Oversee project from bid to completion. Manage direct reports, field personnel and subcontractors. Work directly with clients and owners. Maintain and monitor project budgets.

Construction Project Executive Qualifications Minimum 10 years’ experience. Experience with Multi-Family or Hospitality Projects $100M+ - Concrete. Construction related degree is a plus. Stable work history. Proven leadership and management skills. Must enjoy a team atmosphere. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
