We are currently seeking a meticulous and motivated Project Manager – Underground Wet Utilities to join our team and help oversee our wet utility projects.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Construction Project Lead – Underground Wet Utilities Manager is responsible for managing all phases of wet utility projects-from planning through execution to final delivery. This role requires a hands-on leader who can coordinate teams, manage resources, and ensure that every project is completed safely, on time, and within budget. Strong communication, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset are key to success in this position. Responsibilities Include: Directing the installation of underground water and sewer systems Managing project budgets and financial performance Overseeing crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials Enforcing daily jobsite safety practices Communicating clearly and effectively with all stakeholders Leading by example to build a strong, motivated team Staying organized and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: 5+ years of underground wet utility experience 8+ years in construction management Valid driver's license required OSHA 30 certification preferred Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget Professional demeanor and strong work ethic Proficiency with computers, email, spreadsheets, and project software Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specs Familiarity with MAG specs, local codes, and excavation safety Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service High integrity and solid professional references Deep understanding of commercial underground utility work
