Our projects span high-end residential, commercial interiors, and ground-up construction. Known for our craftsmanship and attention to detail, we're seeking a hands-on Construction Project Manager with a strong carpentry background to join our growing team. Job Description Manage multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, change orders, and progress reporting Conduct site visits to monitor workmanship, safety, and compliance with plans and specs Review architectural and structural drawings with an eye for construction and carpentry details Work closely with clients, architects, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and build strong relationships Lead project meetings and manage project documentation Troubleshoot on-site issues, particularly those involving framing, millwork, and other carpentry-related elements MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
