Construction Project Manager - Commercial Construction Company - Base Salary to 120k/year - Alexandria, VA Our client is a well-established construction firm based in Alexandria, Northern Virginia that has been in business for over 30 years.

The Construction Project Manager position requires 5+ years experience in project management work. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for management of multiple projects concurrently and miscellaneous estimating of new projects. Responsibilities: Take full ownership (100%) of projects and efficiently manage schedule budgets, subcontractors, change orders, progress meetings.

Work closely with office staff and assist with review of subcontractors’ invoices.

Interface closely with clients and subcontractors.

Must have experience using Microsoft Office & Microsoft Project.

Schedule management.

Contract writing and negotiations.

Subcontractor buyout/procurement.

Scope development.

Bidding and estimating.

Review of subcontractors’ submittals/process.

Weekly meetings with Owner/Representatives.

Prepare monthly progress reports/status reports. Qualifications: 5+ years as commercial project manager with field experience.

Strong working knowledge of Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam.

Safety certifications.

Preferably bilingual (Spanish). Compensation: Base salary up to 120k/year.
