Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Construction Senior Project Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both project management and cost estimation for commercial and industrial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities: Develop accurate cost estimates for new construction projects Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts and change orders Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met Utilize project management software to track project milestones and financials Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience in construction project management and estimation Proficiency in construction estimation software and project management tools Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
