Requirements: 6–10 years in construction management or site leadership Proven experience with luxury custom homes Strong organizational and communication skills Calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure

Responsibilities: Oversee daily site operations and maintain project schedules Ensure job-site safety and high-quality construction standards Manage subcontractors, trades, and on-site teams Act as the primary liaison with clients and internal teams Address and resolve on-site challenges quickly
