Construction Project Manager Olsson, a team-based, purpose-driven engineering and design firm, is looking for a Construction Project Manager. As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee large, complex projects, ensuring they are planned, executed, monitored, controlled, and closed successfully. You will act as the Owner's representative, coordinating with stakeholders and third-party consultants to manage design and construction phases. Your responsibilities include tracking design packages, resolving issues, supporting contract negotiations, reviewing cost estimates, conducting constructability reviews, processing invoices, and managing change orders and disputes. You will also assist in scheduling and coordinating third-party contractors and consultants for data center projects. You are passionate about working collaboratively with others, having ownership in the work you do, and using your talents to positively affect communities. You bring to the team strong communication skills, the ability to contribute and work well on a team, a bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, landscape architecture, construction management, or business, 15 years of experience in the construction industry, 10 years of experience in leadership or management, and the ability to plan, execute, monitor, control, and close a project.
