This position is responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of multiple construction projects up to $10 million in size. A project manager is a person who is responsible for the cradle-to-grave aspects of construction projects and the life cycle of projects that they are tasked with managing. The position includes understanding process management and the ability and agility to perform work contracted through various delivery methods, including indefinite delivery of indefinite quantity (IDIQ), lump-sum contracting, and fast-track contracts. The Project Manager accomplishes work primarily using subcontractors; however, the Project Manager can manage self-performed construction activities that benefit the project.
