Oversee all phases of ground-up and interior construction projects from planning through completion. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans. Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams. Ensure work meets quality standards, codes, and safety regulations. Track progress, identify issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
