Job Description
The Onsite Project Manager will:
- Direct and oversee all project phases, from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
- Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to optimize project performance.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, expenses, and financial targets to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial plans.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration, communication, and teamwork to achieve project goals.
- Develop and manage project schedules, tracking milestones and timelines to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

The Successful Applicant
The successful Construction Project Manager will have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field
- At least 5 years of Commercial Project Management experience
- Have experience with larger projects, ground-up preferred. Healthcare preferred but not required.
- Be willing to travel across the Southeast as required by project locations
