Coordinate with architects, designers, healthcare facility managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met. Oversee delivery schedules, site access, and installation crews in alignment with construction and healthcare facility timelines. Review construction documents and specifications to verify compliance with healthcare codes and standards. Ensure all FF&E meets functional, ergonomic, and infection-control requirements for healthcare environments. Maintain proactive communication with clients, providing regular project updates and resolving issues quickly. Track and manage project budgets, change orders, and schedules to meet both client and internal goals. Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress, verify quality, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and healthcare regulations. Lead project closeout, including final walkthroughs, deficiency resolution, and client handover. Qualifications for the Construction Project Manager - Healthcare: 7-10 years of project management experience in commercial furniture, construction, or related industries; healthcare project experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of FF&E procurement, coordination, and installation processes for healthcare environments. Experience managing tenant improvement projects within operational medical facilities. Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with both clinical and construction teams. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with AutoCAD or design software a plus. Familiarity with healthcare-specific regulations, building codes, and infection control standards is a plus.
