As a Project Manager on our team, you will be responsible for overseeing single or multiple heavy civil job sites in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. Responsibilities include managing project costs and schedules, coordinating with owners and subcontractors, handling contracts and payments, implementing QA/QC programs, resolving constructability issues, and leading project teams. Our project list includes bridge & roadway projects, water & wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, power plants, complex electrical systems, rail systems, foundations, and tunnels.

Job Details

MUST HAVE:

* BS in civil engineering or a related field * 2+ years of project supervisor or assistant PM experience * Multi-million dollar heavy civil projects experience * Willingness to travel to the DC/VA/MD area with own vehicle * Software (one or more): AutoCAD, Bluebeam, ProCore, Primavera, HeavyJob, Foundation

NICE TO HAVE:

* EIT or PE license
