PROJECT MANAGER High-end builder is seeking a Project Manager to oversee NYC construction projects. DESCRIPTION

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, exceptional time management skills, customer service skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the construction processes. This role requires proficiency in a project management software that we utilize.

Responsibilities Lead and manage high-end residential construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Collaborate with office, sub-contractors, inspectors, and homeowners to ensure projects are complete timely and in the correct manner.

Review and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation on-site.

Utilize project management software to track project progress, approve invoices, review upcoming project, and much more.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality of work, and customer relations

Understand construction estimates and budgets while managing costs effectively throughout the project lifecycle.

Communicate regularly with clients, management, and office regarding project status, challenges, and resolutions.
