As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects to ensure they are completed efficiently and effectively. This is a 23-million-dollar hotel project. Responsibilities* Manage and lead project teams to deliver high-quality projects on time Develop project plans, including scope, goals, budget, and timelines Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed Identify and manage project risks Coordinate project activities and ensure all team members understand their roles Implement project management best practices and methodologies Conduct root cause analysis to address project issues Facilitate change management processes Skills* Proficiency in product management principles Strong risk management capabilities Excellent team management skills Ability to write technical documentation effectively Experience in project coordination and scheduling Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies Expertise in project implementation strategies Proficient in change management techniques Skilled in conducting root cause analysis Familiarity with VersionOne software
