The Construction Project Manager I will be responsible for the following:
Manage daily and weekly crew timecard submissions.
Review and approve project billing and vendor invoices.
Create, track, and reconcile purchase orders.
Coordinate the Accounts Payable (AP) submissions for project expenditures, materials, and subcontractor services.
Organize and maintain job folders, project documents, and permits throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Submit and track utility locate requests to ensure safe excavation and compliance.
Requirements:
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Regional travel will be required. Our HQ is in West Concord, MN.
1 to 4 years of experience in underground utility construction.
