Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and completion of industrial construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to ensure effective communication and alignment on project objectives. Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or changes in scope, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards. Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to senior management and stakeholders. Conduct site visits and inspections to evaluate work progress and quality. Manage project documentation and maintain organized records of contracts, change orders, and correspondence. Requirements Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years (preferrably 6-8) of experience in Industrial Construction Project Management or related roles. Experience as an Industrial Electrical or Mechanical PM. Proven experience managing construction projects from inception to completion. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, capable of fostering teamwork and collaboration. Proficiency in project management software; experience with Procore is a plus. Strong understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
