Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Deliver exceptional service through proactive updates and client guidance. Scope & Selections: Execute estimator scopes and guide client material selections within budgets. Team Leadership: Oversee subcontractors and in-house crews, optimizing resources for quality results. Cost Management: Negotiate with vendors, track costs, and maintain accurate documentation.
