A Manhattan-based firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver high-impact projects from initiation through completion. Manage all phases of project life cycles from planning through execution and delivery
Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to meet project goals
Track project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
Prepare regular progress reports for leadership and stakeholders
Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
Profile
4-8 years of project management experience, preferably in a Manhattan-based or corporate environment
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, Jira, or Trello)
PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
Comfortable managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
