Job Description Oversee all phases of mixed commercial construction projects, from initiation to completion. Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met. Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and project resources effectively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites. Lead project teams, providing clear direction and support to achieve objectives. Conduct regular site visits and monitor progress to ensure quality standards are upheld. Resolve project-related issues promptly to maintain smooth operations. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders as needed.
