What's on Offer: Vehicle and cell phone allowances Comprehensive health benefits and 401k PTO About the Company: National Owner/builder with long standing history within the Tampa area Specialized in Multifamily Projects Project Manager Job Description: The Project Manager will have a strong track record of completing projects specifically within the multifamily sector, ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage vendors, subcontractors, and field staff throughout the project. Responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on-time, within budget, and constructed with superior quality and safety Reviews project proposals, drawings, and plans to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of project Develops and maintains relationships with clients, subcontractors and related vendors.
