About the Project We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Manager who will also serve as the Owner’s Representative for the full renovation of a high-rise commercial office building in Brickell. This position will oversee all phases of the project —from preconstruction planning and permitting, through execution and delivery, to final occupancy—ensuring the owner’s vision, schedule, budget, and quality expectations are achieved.

Key Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between ownership, architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies. Oversee and coordinate all construction activities , including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and quality control. Track project progress against established milestones, proactively identifying and addressing potential delays or cost overruns. Review and approve contractor payment applications , change orders, and budget adjustments. Ensure strict compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and permitting requirements. Conduct regular on-site inspections to verify workmanship, materials, and adherence to design specifications. Lead, facilitate, and document project meetings, providing clear, concise updates to ownership and stakeholders. Anticipate and resolve conflicts or discrepancies , ensuring smooth communication across all parties. Protect the owner’s interests through proactive risk management and strategic recommendations.
Requirements Minimum of 15 years managing large-scale commercial high-rise renovation or construction projects, ideally as an Owner’s Representative or Senior Project Manager. Proven ability to deliver projects on time , within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred. Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset. In-depth knowledge of construction best practices , sequencing, contracts, and project controls. Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications. Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture , or a related field. Based in Miami-Dade County or willing to relocate; prior local high-rise project experience strongly preferred.
