Construction Project Manager

Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Reviewing estimates
• Creating project schedules and ensuring work is done on time and to spec
• Coordinating subcontractors and carpenters
• Material procurement
• Budget updates and document management
• Communicating with clients
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and productive site
• Providing mentorship to junior team members

The Successful Applicant

The qualified Project Manager will have:

• Proven experience running commercial or residential construction projects
• Proven track record managing subcontractors and maintaining project schedules
• OSHA 30 preferred
• Comfortable working independently and in charge of the jobsite
• Strong client communication and decision-making skills

Nice to Have: Bachelor's degree; computer skills; local subcontractor relationships; estimating experience
