As Project Manager , you’ll oversee the full spectrum of a project’s lifecycle — from initial concept through completion — working closely with internal team members, trades, and clients. You'll make sure every project is finished on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship and care — all while honoring strong client relationships along the way.

Responsibilities:
This role offers a unique opportunity for you to grow as a leader while strengthening your expertise:
Develop and foster strong, trusting relationships with clients through clear, honest, and professional communication.
Manage all phases of the project — from handoff from sales and design, to reviewing plans, subcontracts, estimates, schedules, and specifications.
Ensure all work is up to code and coordinate scheduled inspections alongside field team members, trades, and suppliers.
Provide oversight and guidance to keep team members, sites, and schedules on track.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide progress updates, respond to questions or concerns, and align expectations.
Manage material procurement, track delivery dates, and oversee delivery to the project site.
Prepare and process change orders with client authorization, ensuring proper documentation at every step.
Develop and review submittals, requests for information, and shop drawings.
Perform substantial completion walk-throughs alongside clients.
Lead production meetings to identify and solve problems, track progress, and keep stakeholders updated.
Support team members in delivering their best work while upholding high standards of safety, policy compliance, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
At least 10 years’ experience in residential construction, remodeling, or design-build project management.
Degree in construction management, architecture, or design (equivalents will be considered).
Experience navigating all phases of design and construction; strong understanding of documents, contracts, schedules, change orders, estimates, payments, and related processes.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and team members efficiently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to solve problems and respond to issues gracefully — both in person and in writing.
Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite , Outlook , MS Project , and reading AutoCAD plans.
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and perform physical tasks related to a bustling, active job site.
Valid driver’s license with a strong driving record; reliable transportation is a must.
Experience or strong interest in sustainable building practices (LEED AP a plus).
