Construction Project Manager - Rye, NY Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders Prepare and present project progress reports Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues Lead project meetings and facilitate effective communication Ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date Manage project changes and negotiate as necessary
Profile
Construction Project Manager - Rye, NY Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in construction Wood Frame Experience is PLUS Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in project management software and tools PMP or other relevant certification is a plus Experience with Block and Plank construction is required
