Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager – Theme Parks position include: Minimum 5 years of project management experience in theme park construction projects Experience with permitting through City of Orlando and Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (CFTOD) Proven ability to oversee construction projects ranging from $250K to $3M in value Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to manage finances, budgets, EFCs, and reporting Ability to lead project development from inception through closeout, including design, permitting, implementation, and financial performance Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and ability to interpret and execute contract documents Skilled in drafting and managing subcontractor agreements, scopes of work, and compliance with safety standards Adept at leading project teams, facilitating meetings, and maintaining accountability across all project phases Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
