Job Description Manage all phases of large-scale tilt-wall, aviation, and distribution center projects from pre-construction through closeout. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery. Oversee project schedules, budgets, quality control, and safety compliance. Lead regular site meetings and communicate progress and issues to senior management and clients. Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making to keep projects moving smoothly. Ensure adherence to contract documents, regulatory requirements, and company standards. Manage project documentation, including reports, RFIs, and change orders. Travel nationally to project sites as required.
