Construction Project Manager Kelly Services is currently seeking a Construction Project Manager for one of our top clients in Jacksonville, FL. As the Construction Project Manager, you will coordinate all facets of the construction process and effectively engage with stakeholders. By ensuring that every phase of the project aligns with goals and regulatory guidelines, you will contribute significantly to the success of our endeavors. Your leadership will be instrumental in upholding our commitment to the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Project Planning Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans that outline project scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation. Create and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Coordinate the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors necessary for project execution. Budget Cost Management: Prepare cost estimates, monitor project budgets, and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Continuously update the project cash flow and communicate any potential risks as needed. Review and approve invoices, change orders, and other financial documentation. Implement cost-saving measures and value engineering solutions to enhance project profitability. Team Leadership Coordination: Lead and manage on-site project teams, including subcontractors, laborers, and site supervisors. Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment, ensuring clear communication among all stakeholders. Conduct regular team meetings and site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards are met. Quality Control Safety Compliance: Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards. Enforce safety protocols on-site to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment. Conduct regular quality inspections and address any quality control issues that arise during the project. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular progress updates, manage expectations, and resolve any concerns or issues. Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers. Consistently update the project tracker to accurately communicate all project details. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to mitigate or resolve them. Proactively address project delays, disputes, or conflicts to ensure the project stays on track. Project Close-Out: Ensure all necessary inspections, permits, and documentation are completed at project close-out. Conduct a final review of the project with the client, ensuring satisfaction and completion of all deliverables. Coordinate the handover of the project to the client or facility management team.
