Their primary responsibility will be to manage architectural metal projects from design through installation, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and quality. Keep reading for more details! What your day will look like:
Oversee the full project lifecycle of architectural metal systems, including ACM, plate panels, perforated panels, and sunshades
Review and coordinate shop drawings, field measurements, and existing substrate conditions to ensure accuracy and readiness
Collaborate with drafting, fabrication, and installation teams to align design intent with construction feasibility
Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and material procurement timelines
Serve as primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
Monitor on-site installation progress, enforce quality standards, and resolve field-related issues in real time
Administer and track punch lists, change orders, RFIs, and submittals throughout the project
Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and company protocols on all job sites
What we are looking for:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year in the construction industry
Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
Proficient with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and construction management platforms such as Procore, BIM, and Autodesk
Experienced in conducting on-site inspections and overseeing subcontractor performance
