Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Construction Project Manager with a strong background in multifamily residential construction. This individual will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multifamily projects from pre-construction through close-out, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality standards.

This role is ideal for a proactive leader with a deep understanding of multifamily construction processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects, including planning, permitting, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and consultants to keep projects on track
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring adherence to key milestones
Supervise daily job site operations, enforcing quality control and safety standards
Monitor budgets, manage cost controls, and prepare accurate forecasts and reports
Conduct regular site visits and hold progress meetings with internal teams and external partners
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and punch list completion
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and regulatory requirements
Work collaboratively with ownership and development teams to meet project objectives
Assist with vendor selection and contract negotiation when needed
Qualifications
5+ years of project management experience in the construction industry, with a focus on multifamily projects
Proven success in delivering large-scale multifamily developments on time and within budget
Strong knowledge of building methods, materials, and project workflows
Proficient in project management platforms such as Procore, Buildertrend, or Microsoft Project
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
Equivalent professional experience will be considered
