Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Construction Project Manager with a strong background in multifamily residential construction. This individual will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multifamily projects from pre-construction through close-out, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality standards.


About the Role

This role is ideal for a proactive leader with a deep understanding of multifamily construction processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects, including planning, permitting, scheduling, budgeting, and execution

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and consultants to keep projects on track

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring adherence to key milestones

  • Supervise daily job site operations, enforcing quality control and safety standards

  • Monitor budgets, manage cost controls, and prepare accurate forecasts and reports

  • Conduct regular site visits and hold progress meetings with internal teams and external partners

  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and punch list completion

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and regulatory requirements

  • Work collaboratively with ownership and development teams to meet project objectives

  • Assist with vendor selection and contract negotiation when needed


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management experience in the construction industry, with a focus on multifamily projects

  • Proven success in delivering large-scale multifamily developments on time and within budget

  • Strong knowledge of building methods, materials, and project workflows

  • Proficient in project management platforms such as Procore, Buildertrend, or Microsoft Project

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred)

  • Equivalent professional experience will be considered
