Job Description
Our Client is seeking a Project Manager for a dynamic construction environment! This role involves managing construction documents and coordinating paperwork for 2-3 projects simultaneously, with project sizes ranging from $2 million to $10 million. The position requires occasional site meetings across the east coast and involves client communication, scheduling, and material orders. Responsibilities
Support in managing all construction documents including RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Coordinate paperwork for projects and work closely with subcontractors. Assist in client communication, scheduling, and material orders. Attend site meetings on project sites over the east coast as needed. Support project management activities such as scheduling, material ordering, meeting minutes, and progress meetings. Essential Skills
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction setting supporting project management. Bachelors degree in CM or Engineering is Preferred Experience working with construction documents: RFIs, Submittals, Change-Orders, Blueprints etc. Experience communicating with trades contractors through written and verbal communications. Experience supporting a project management with support items including scheduling, material ordering, meeting minutes, progress meetings. Work Environment
The role is based in an office in Aberdeen with a small, family-like team of approximately 10 people. You will be required to travel to job sites twice a month for day trips. The work environment is characterized by small project teams, typically consisting of a Project Manager and a Superintendent, fostering a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $58.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
