We’re seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead operations, client engagement, and execution in the El Paso region.

This is not a behind-the-scenes desk job. You'll be working directly with clients like the U.S. Armed Forces , managing critical projects from concept to completion, and collaborating with executive leadership. If you know how to run a tight schedule, manage complex documentation processes, and lead teams in the field—this is for you.

What You’ll Do: Lead public sector construction projects from kickoff to closeout Create and manage project documentation using LMC’s standardized process (Completion Spreadsheets, Margin Calculators, HUB Subcontracting Plans, POs, and more) Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and trade partners Mentor project teams and foster accountability across job sites Ensure on-time, within-budget delivery with safety and compliance top of mind Identify new business opportunities and help grow our regional footprint

What You Bring: 5+ years of commercial or public-sector construction experience Strong command of project scheduling, financial tracking, and field coordination Working knowledge of procurement, HUB participation, and JOC/Cooperative contracts Proficiency in project management tools (Procore preferred) and Google Suite Clear communicator, natural leader, driven to make things happen
