Construction Project Manager A highly respected, Wisconsin-based general contactor with a long history of success is looking for a  Project Manager  to join its  Milwaukee  team. Known for taking on some of the region’s most complex projects, this is a place where precision and passion meet purpose. What You’ll Do As a Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on jobs that are technical, fast-moving, and often high-profile. You’ll be responsible for delivering results—on time, on budget, and with excellence—while building lasting partnerships with clients, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities:
Own the full lifecycle of your projects—from precon to closeout. Develop and maintain budgets, schedules, and site logistics plans. Collaborate with field leadership and trade partners to drive day-to-day execution. Anticipate issues before they become problems. Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and design teams. Lead project meetings and reporting with a focus on accountability. Champion jobsite safety and quality, always. Help win future work through strong performance and relationship-building.
What We’re Looking For
5 years of project management experience in commercial construction (healthcare, education, industrial, or public sector experience a plus). A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar—or equivalent field experience. Deep knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing. Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. Experience with construction technology (Procore, P6, Bluebeam, etc.).
