An experienced Construction Project Manager will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes within the glass and glazing/curtain wall realm. They will possess the ability to coordinate multiple aspects of project management effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
*Responsibilities* * Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. * Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and scope of work. * Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met. * Utilize project management software such as Autodesk Construction Cloud for scheduling and tracking progress. * Review schematics and design documents to ensure compliance with regulations and standards. * Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety protocols. * Facilitate communication among all project stakeholders to address issues promptly. * Maintain detailed records of project activities, changes, and communications.
*Experience* * Construction experience and knowledge applicable to the curtainwall business. * 5-10 years’ experience in project management or a related field. * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience a bonus. * Proven experience in construction management or project management within the construction industry. * Strong understanding of contract management principles and practices. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders. * Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and best practices in project coordination.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
